Fundraising
• We are finalizing our neighborhood outreach letter.
• The CSNA is looking for volunteers to help in canvassing the neighborhood looking for more support and involvement from our neighbors.
• Please let us know if you would like to volunteer to be a part of this.
The annual city-sponsored Fall Neighborhood Clean-up is scheduled for Saturday, 11/19, 8:30 – 2:00 pm.
• There will be street sweeping on that day. In the event of rain the clean up will be rescheduled, if possible.
Initial discussion into the cities role in private sewer pipes.
The re-zoning of 784 Tremont Street has been approved.
A Look Ahead
December’s Meeting will be held on Wednesday December 7th at 7PM at the Harriet Tubman House
• We will be discussing the possibility of changing to quarterly meetings.
• Possible elections will be held for the board.
• Spring fundraising and cleanup.

4th Biennial Boston Neighborhoods City Councilor-at-Large Candidates Forum, to take place on Monday, October 24, 2011, 6:30pm – 8:00 pm, 67 Brimmer St., Park Street School Auditorium.
The neighborhood organizations of Boston, including Beacon Hill, Back Bay, the West End, the North End, the South End and others, are jointly sponsoring a 4th Biennial Boston Neighborhoods City Councilor-at-Large Candidates Forum, to take place on Monday, October 24, 2011, 6:30pm – 8:00 pm, in the Auditorium at the Park Street School, 67 Brimmer Street, on the Flat of Beacon Hill. The forum’s moderator will again be Peter Nessen, a long-time Beacon Hill resident and well-known former governmental official.
Over 100 local city residents will likely be attending this exciting forum where the candidates will appear to answer a myriad of questions on topics of importance to the neighborhoods of Boston!

Sorry for the short notice but because of the severe weather advisory in the
area, we will be postponing our monthly meeting until next month.
In addition, Tabitha Bennett passed along the agenda for tomorrow
mornings public hearing, which would have been passed out at the meeting
tonight. The Parish will be petitioning for a Seasonal Outdoor Café.
If there is anything that cannot wait until July to discuss, please post or
email Ben or Dave in the meantime.
